Zack Snyder Shares New BTS Image Of Superman In The Rain

Image
Following his departure from the DCEU, when it came to the purging of his now obsolete vision, Zack Snyder was a one-man wrecking crew. As of late, however, storyboard artist Jay Oliva – who’s been a  veritable treasure trove of minutia – and  Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice  cinematographer Larry Fong, have been assisting with some of the heavy lifting. It would appear, however, that the man who initially held creative control over arguably the most promising shared cinematic universe at one point is ready for a return to the spotlight. That’s right, after what some might call a bit of a dry-spell – at least for the typically overactive DCEU founding father – Zack Snyder once again took to his favorite social media platform, Vero, and shared the below image of Superman (Henry Cavill) on set and in full costume. As for which entry in the franchise the still was captured from, no indication was given. That said, one can’t help but love the appropriately colo...

Justice League BTS Video Shows Deleted Footage Of The Flash Saving Iris West

Image
I’m an optimistic guy by nature, so despite the many hurdles in its way, I’m pretty sure that at some point in the future we’ll get to see the fabled Snyder cut of  Justice League . Granted, we have to contend with the fact that the director’s version apparently only exists as a  very  rough edit with unfinished CGI and a temporary score, and it’s difficult to imagine Warner Bros. executives being willing to throw yet more money at the film to finish it (chances are they’re busy pretending it didn’t happen at all). Still, we eventually got to see the Richard Donner cut of  Superman II – albeit 26 years after its theatrical release. So, by that metric, we should expect the Snyder cut no later than 2043. But who’s counting, right? While it might be a bit of a wait then until we get our hands on it, we can at least start to form a decent idea of what it might show. We’ve previously seen the deleted scene of the Flash saving Iris West (Kiersey Clemons) from...

Marvel Fan Asks For Terminally Ill Friend To See Avengers 4 Early

Terminally ill fans getting private advance screenings of upcoming movies seems to be becoming a trend. Back in 2015, J.J. Abrams screened a rough cut of  The Force Awakens to Daniel Fleetwood, who died a week after having his wish fulfilled. A similar situation took place with  Rogue One  as well, when Neil Hanvey was allowed to see the movie two days before its release date. Doing it seems like a no-brainer for studios: you get the warm fuzzies for performing a good deed  and  you get a buttload of great, free press. Now, a 20-year-old Canadian student named Chantelle Peterson hopes to have her dying wish fulfilled by asking Marvel if she can view some early footage of  Avengers 4 , which isn’t due out until May 2019. Twitter user @RobinWolfaim has reached out to many of the stars of the movie in the hopes that they can have a word with Kevin Feige and see if there’s something she can watch. Check out her Tweet below: @ Marve...
